Deposit & Booking Terms

1. A deposit of 25% of the total treatment cost is required to secure your appointment.

2. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the appointment.

3. If you provide at least 7 days' notice, your deposit will be refunded in full or, if preferred, transferred to a future booking.

4. Rescheduling: With more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a new date within 3 months.

5. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation at the practitioner's discretion. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.

6. By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and accept these booking terms.

7. Payment should be made at completion of online booking process.
